Installation Recommendations:

The work should be carefully set out before installation begins, the waterproof membrane must be clear of debris before and during installation of the Tekurat. It must be loose laid, half lapped in a brick bond pattern. The first row of boards are laid against the parapet as possible. The next row is staggered by half the board length and full inter-locking of the edges must be ensured thereby forming a totally inter - dependent roofing system.

Tekurat is made of Rigid Extruded Polyurethane, laminated with Aluminum foil on both sides.

• Water Absorption by Volume: 0.03% (According to A S T M C 209: 1998).
• Thermal Conductivity: k= 0.0214 W/mK (According to A S T M C 518: 2002).
• Characteristic in Fire: Building material group, according to DIN 4102 - 1/B2
• Temperature Stability: Upto 250° C in short term, constant from - 50° C until + 110° C
• Pressure Load: 0,1 N/mm2 order 10 t/m2, Visco plastic can be walked on.
